Corporate accommodations in apartments convenient to the bus line are prepared in advance, fully furnished and can be stocked for a smooth arrival transition.  Depending on your arrival date and apartment availability we can provide you with an accommodation that will be safe and comfortable.

Apartment Available at 520 Prices Fork Road, Apt. C2, Blacksburg, Va. 
We will have a 2 bedroom apartment within sight and walking distance to VT and a very short walk to LCI.  This apartment comes fully furnished.  Internet, cable tv, electric service and a parking space is available.   The apartment does not have stairs and is easily accessible.  This apartment is available anytime after December 22, 2010.  The rate is dependent on the length of the lease period. The apartment will rent, furnished for 6 months starting Dec. 22, 2010 for $875 per month.  All utilities would be paid by the renter.

Apartments Available in late August at Ascot Lane, Blacksburg, Va.
Fully furnished, 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments, fully appointed kitchen, linens, towels, internet, cable tv,  Swimming pool and tennis court, weight room and community room with a large screen TV and Pool Table. Six month lease is a minimum.  There is no charge for the view of our beautiful mountains!
