Apartment Living
Option 1
Private Bedrooms @ $725/month, per student
Shared Bathrooms with all utilities and internet.
Each resident can enjoy the outdoor pool, walks, exercise facilities and community room.
AparTments are conveniently located on the public transit and within walking distance to Virginia Tech and ELI.
No Meals




Option 2
A room in a Basic furnished Apartment shared with VT students, mostly graduate students which includes all utilities, laundry and is on the bus line.
$600 per month
No Meals
Option 1 Apartment placements include:
all utilities, outdoor pool, excercise facilities, walks, laundry access and appointed kitchen. 
No food is included.
The availablity for March 2008 is being reserved by students now.  Call us for placement availability.
Short term leases are available for these apartment spaces.

Apartments are leased for ELI term periods.

Apartment Fees are due in advance for each ELI or contract term period.
